Anthony Joshua is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-bout fight which will be streamed live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "overpower" his opponent as the pair met personally to publicize the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Former two time unified boxing king Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive disparity - at Miami Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Fighter's Mentality
"I plan to damage his features and break his body up. I'm here to prove I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35, said.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I'm going to really want to injure him. That's my goal."
Civil Exchange
In spite of these statements, a composed Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - typically recognized for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul rather criticized ex Joshua's rival Francis Ngannou and called him "not serious" after the Cameroonian declined a fight offer.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, targeted UK rival Tyson Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is better than Fury - he showed up," Joshua commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Serious Fighter
Despite stating he plans to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he remarked.
Jake Paul's History
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has primarily boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in last year.
Financial Success
Still, the inexperienced fighter is still one of boxing's biggest money-making draws, consistently making massive earnings.
Forecast and Belief
The 28-year-old predicted a knockout win in round four or five and asserted he would stop the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly being planned for 2026.
"It will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul declared.
Size Disparity
As the two fighters participated in the customary confrontation, with their height and weight contrast evident, it drove home just how unlikely this whole event is - and how remarkable it is that the bout is truly going ahead.
